Every property is different, so these are the numbers we start from rather than a price list. We quote in writing after we have seen the place.
Weekly through the growing season, fortnightly in the shoulder months if the grass is not moving. A visit is cut, line-trim around beds and posts, edge the walks and drive, and blow the hard surfaces clean.
We keep to the same day each week. If rain moves us, it moves to the next dry day and you get a text.
| Lot size | Per visit, from |
|---|---|
| Up to 1/4 acre | $45 |
| 1/4 to 1/2 acre | $60 |
| 1/2 to 1 acre | $85 |
| Over 1 acre | Quoted |

Spring is beds cleared and edged, winter debris off, and the first cut. Fall is leaves off the lawn and out of the beds, perennials cut back, and everything hauled away — we do not bag it and leave it at the kerb.
Gutters cleared on single-storey homes as part of the fall visit. We do not do two-storey gutters.
| Visit | From |
|---|---|
| Spring cleanup | $220 |
| Fall cleanup | $260 |
| Both, booked together | $440 |
Edges re-cut by hand — not a machine edge, it does not last — beds weeded, and topped up with hardwood or cedar. Two inches is what we recommend; more than three and you are just spending money.
| Item | From |
|---|---|
| Hardwood mulch, delivered & spread | $95 / yard |
| Cedar mulch, delivered & spread | $120 / yard |
| Hand edging | $2.50 / linear ft |
Drives and walks. We go out at two inches, and on a seasonal contract you are on the route whether it snows twice or twenty times. Salt on request; we do not salt by default because it is hard on concrete and on dogs.
| Plan | From |
|---|---|
| Per visit | $55 |
| Seasonal, residential drive | $480 |
| Salt application | $25 |
